Mix sugars, butter, peanut butter and egg.
Stir in flour, oats, baking soda, and salt
Spread mixture into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake until golden brown, 17-22 minutes. Let cool.
[frosting]
Mix together 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and 2 tbsp milk.
Reserve 1/3 cup and set aside.
Stir 3 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp milk into remaining frosting.
Frost cooled bars with cocoa frosting. Drop peanut butter frosting by teaspoonfuls onto cocoa frosting. Swirl for marbles effect.
