Houston Chronicle again... In a food processor bowl fitted with metal blade and with motor running, drop garlic and ginger through feed tube; process until minced. Add cilantro & process 45 seconds or until finely chopped. Add vinegar, mandarin arange juice, peanut butter, soy sauce, oil & hoisin; process until smooth. Place dressing in a small bowl; cover & refrigerate until ready to serve. Servings: 6 Each: 335 calories, 25 grams protein, 15 grams fat, 28 grams carbohydrates, 47 milligrams cholesterol, 497 milligrams sodium.
