Remove skin from ham (it's ok to leave a little fat) Put skin aside.
Put ham in baking dish for 20 min per pound at 325 degrees
Glaze:
Combine other ingredients in a bowl
After Ham cooks, glaze ham and put ham back in oven for 20 min
Use left over ham skin to make quick home made pork rinds!
Salt skins, slice into strips, place in cake pan, place in oven and cook at 325 degrees for three hours
