Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400. Arrange pears in a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with crystallized ginger. Combine, oats, brown sugar, flour and ground ginger in food processor bowl. With motor running, gradually add butter and process until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping mixture evenly over pears. Bake in center of oven until topping is lightly browned and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. Serves 6.
