Pizza with caramelized onions, pears, and gorgonzola cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Melt butter over medium low heat and saute onions until very soft and golden brown (about 25 minutes). Add sugar and cook five move minutes.
Place pizza crust on large baking sheet and top with mozzarella cheese, onions, pears, parmesan cheese, and Gorgonzola cheese.
Bake approximately 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle top with thyme, cut, and serve.
