1. Lay prosciutto slices on work surface. At one end of each slice, place a pear finger, a sheese finger and some sprouts. Pepper generously
2. Roll up prosciutto slices leaving edges open. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
For a change of taste, try Old Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, Ika, etc.

Made with Cabernet Franc (60%), Cabernet Saubignon (36%), and Merlot (4%), this dry rose from Ontario has a fresh, spicy raspberry character with a faint black pepper, slightly herbaceous quality. When served slightly chilled, it makes a great aperitif or appetizer wine.
