Suggest a better descriptionA fiber-filled topping for pancakes and waffles; good as a dessert sauce too. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Yields 2 cups. Per 1/2 cup serving: 83 calories, 0.5 g fat (5% of cal); 3.5 fiber. Good source of vitamin C.
