Remove from the heat and refrigerate for two hours. MAKE THE VANILLA CREAM: Combine the yogurt with the sweetner, brandy and vanilla. TO ASSEMBLE: Spoon the Pear Compote into small dessert cups and top with the Vanilla Cream.
