For topping:
In a medium bowl combine crumble topping ingredients with a fork until crumbled. Refrigerate while making the filling.
Filling:
Peel and slice pears all at once.
In a small bowl add melted butter and flour. Add Lemon juice, milk, vanilla, and mix well. Add in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour Butter over pears and toss to coat pan into 8x8 baking dish and spread into an even layer. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
