Suggest a better descriptionIn skillet, cook pears and sugar in butter 1O min. Let cool.
In greased casserole dish, layer half the bread, half the pears, and half the chocolate. Repeat.
In bowl, whisk eggnog, eggs, and vanilla, reserve 1/2 cup in fridge, pour rest over bread.
Cover, chill 8 hours.
*Heat oven to 35O degrees. Uncover, pour over reserved eggnog. Cover.
Bake 1 1/2 hours on baking sheet. Garnish with chocolate curls.
