Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and butter until it becomes coarse crumbs. Mix in pecans. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 15 minutes until golden brown.
In a small pot combine butter and chocolate, stir. Remove from heat. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla. Pour mix over crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar when cool. Cut into squares.
