Suggest a better descriptionIn bowl, with hand, mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar until well blended. Preheat oven to 325. With hands, shape dough into 1-inch balls; place about 1 inch apart, on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake cookies 20-25 minutes until set but not brown. Remove cookies to wire racks to cool. Place confectioners sugar on sheet of waxed paper. When cookies are cool, roll them in sugar to coat completely. Store cookies in tightly covered container. Makes about 2-1/2 dozen.
