Season chicken with salt and pepper
arrange on baking sheet
stir together mayo and mustard in a bowl. Add pecans, breadcrumbs, Parmesan in a separate bowl
coat chicken in mayo mixture and then coat in crumb mixture
put in refrigerator for 1 hour
preheat over to 400 degrees
bake chicken for 15-20 minutes
