First saute onion and apple in 1/4 stick of butter.
Make stuffing according to package
Add apples and onion's to the stuffing mix.
Cut Chicken in about two inches wide and beat down to same thickness through out.
Add a large spoon full of stuffing to the chicken and wrap around so each end touches.
Bake chicken with stuffing inside at 350 degrees for about 25 min or 160 degrees.
Melt butter and add flour and cinnamon for a rue.
Add Chicken broth, honey, and brown sugar and bring to a boil.
Add half-and-half cream and continue to boil.
After it boils turn the temperature down and and rue to form a gravy thickness
Spoon desired amount of sauce on stuffing and chicken
