Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In a bowl, beat melted butter, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips, 2/3 cup each oats, sweetened shredded coconut, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
Roll dough into 1 1/2" balls, arrange on lined baking sheets.
Bake 20 min. Let cool 10 min.. on pans.
