Crumb topping for Cobbler
1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon and baking soda. toss to mix, rubbing the brown sugar with your fingertips to break up any clumps.
2. Add the butter cubes and continue rubbing the ingredients together until evenly mixed. Use immediately or store airtight in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
