In small bowl, dissolve the mustard in water; let stand 10 min. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Add nutmeg, mustard mixture, stir in cheese and dates. Chill for 15 min. Shape into a ball; roll in pecans and chill.
