Roasted Pecan Halves with cinnamon and sugar
Preheat a 225 Deg F oven.
Beat Egg Whites and water until frothy. Then add the Pecan Halves and mix until well coated. Next combine the sugar salt and cinnamon and add it to the pecan mixture. Spread on a buttered baking sheet and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
