Flatten chicken to 1/2" thickness. In shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan, pecans and seasonings. In another bowl beat corn starch and egg whites. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
Brown chicken in oil in skillet 3-5 minutes each side. Transfer to baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear.
