Preheat oven to 350*. Spray jelly roll pan with PAM. Mix flour, butter, sugar and salt until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
While crust is baking prepare the filling:
Beat eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour over hot crust and spread evenly. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes or until filling is firm around edges & slightly firm in middle. Remove from even let cool slightly and slice.
