Preheat oven to 350.
Shortbread: In a medium bowl, combine flour brown sugar and pecans. Cut in butter until it creates a coarse crumb mixture. Press into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes, remove and allow to cool (about 10 minutes).
Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese and sugar together with mixer until smooth. Add in milk and vanilla. Beat until combined. Pour over shortbread layer and spread even. Bake 15 minutes, remove from oven and cool.
Pecan Pie layer: In a large bowl, beat eggs until just foamy. Cream in white and brown sugars. Add in butter, flour, milk and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Bake 35-40 minutes until set.
