Grease 13x9 (3 qt) glass baking dish with cooking spray or shortening. Remove 1 pie crusts from pioouch, unroll on work surface. Roll into a 9x13 rectangle. Place in dish. Trim edges to fit.
In a large bowl, stir together corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs with a whisk. Stir in chopped pecans. Spoon half of filling into crust lined dish. Remove second pir crust from pouch. Unroll on work surface. Roll into a 9x13 rectangle and place crust over filling, trimming edges to fit. Spray with butter flavor cooking apray.
Bake 14-16 minutes or until browned. Reduce oven temperature to 350. Carefully spoon remaining filling over baked pastry. Arrange pecan halves on top and bake 30 minutes longer or until set. Cool 20 minutes on service rack. Serve warm
