Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly
continue to boil for one minute
remove from heat and stir in pecans, bourbon and vanilla
Set aside to cool for at least 5 mins
fold in lightly beaten eggs
pour filling into crust
bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 mins
