Ooey gooey good praline
Take a piece of parchment paper, aluminum foil and set aside.
Set aside a second spoon for scraping.
Combine all ingredients in a medium pan, at least 4 quartz.
Cook the syrup over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
When it comes to a boil, stir it constantly let it boil for about 3 minutes until it reaches 238-240 deg. On a candy ther.
Remove the pan from heat and continue stirring until it becomes creamy, cloudy and starts to thicken. When it starts to feel grainy the praline is ready.
Drop spoonfuls of praline quickly , as the syrup sets as it cool, on the parchment paper.
Let the pralines cool and harden for at least 10 min.
Store n an airtight container, will keep for 2 weeks but best if eaten within 24 hours of making them.
