Put all of the pastry ingredients into food processor and PULSE till everything comes together.
Form 13 gram balls and press into mini tart pan.
Combine egg, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended. Stir in the pecans.
Spoon into pastry shells.
Bake 25-30 minutes until the filling is set.
Cool in the pans on wire racks. Loosen the sides using the tip of a knife. Unmold.
Melt chocolate and oil in top of a double boiler. Drizzle over tartlets.
