Bill loves these.
1. Beat 1 cup butter and cream cheese at medium speed. Gradually add flour to butter mixture at low speed. Shape into 48 balls and place on baking sheet. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
2 Place one dough ball into lightly greased muffin cup; shape into shell.
3. Whisk together brown sugar and next 5 ingredients. Spoon into tart shells.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on racks 20 minutes.
