1) Heat grill to high.
2) Toss shrimp with olive oil and 1-1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning.
3) Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill, turning once, until opaque through-out, 2-3 minutes per side.
4) Remove shrimp from skewers and transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle with parsley and 1-1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning; toss to combine. Serve immediately.
