Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl cream together sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in eggs until well blended than add melted chocolate. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture along with Vanilla. Spread in a greased and floured jelly roll pan and bake for 18 minutes or until no imprint is left when touched with finger. Do Not overbake! Cool slightly
Mix all frosting ingredients until creamy and spread on brownies. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Combine butter and chocolate chips in the top of a double broiler and melt, add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Pour gently over pink or green frosting and spread by tipping pan. Refrigerate until set.
