Suggest a better descriptioncoral Isle Cafe, Disneys Polynesian Resort Lightly season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Broil chicken approximately 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and cooked. Place mixed greens on a large salad plate or bowl. Arrange carrots, snow peas, tomato slices, black olive, and egg around sides of plate or bowl. Slcie broiled chicken on bias and place in center of salad.
