While pasta is boiling, sear chicken in a skillet on medium-high heat (about 4 to 5 minutes per side), seasoning each side with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove the breasts from the skillet and set aside.
Turn down heat to medium. Add oil, garlic, rosemary, beans, red pepper, and spinach to skillet. Cook until spinach wilts (about 1 to 2 minutes), turning frequently.
Slice chicken and toss it together with drained pasta and spinach-bean mixture. Top each plate with 1 tablespoon cheese.
