Pasta recipe served at 2013 Christmas. Can make it ahead of time and bring out later to cook for 30 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and drained. Add garlic and cook until tender, about two minutes. Stir in sauce and seasonings. Stir sauce mixture into cooked pasta; transfer mixture to greased 12 x 8 baking pan. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake, covered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly cheese has melted. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley as garnish. Makes six servings.
