Suggest a better descriptionIn a saucepan, melt chocolate and oil over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. In a large bowl, pour mixture over cereal, gently tossing until well coated. Place sugar in a gallon-size storage bag. Add coated cereal and close bag tightly. Shake bag gently until cereal is thoroughly coated with sugar.
Refrigerate in airtight container.
