For salad: In a large mixing bowl with lid, place, in order, tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms and lettuces. Arrage olives and salad peppers on top of lettuce layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Before serving, toss lightly to distibute ingredients evenly. To serve, fill individual salad bowls with salad mixture. Top each with 2 to 3 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese. Add salad dressing (directions follow) to taste. Top with bagel crisps crumbled ito bite-sized croutons.
For dressing: Place bell pepper, green onion, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme and course ground pepper into a food processor or blender. Chop to minced consistency. Transfer mixture to a shaker, jar or cruet. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously to combine well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
