Gingerbread Cake
Combine sugar, egg, vanilla, and milk.
Add baking powder, spices, and flour.
Add melted margarine/butter.
Line fluted cake pan with wax paper.
Very lightly spray cake pan with Pam.
Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Invert and sprinkle with Swedish Vanillin soccer (Vanilla flavored powdered sugar).
