1 Cut Bell pepper slices .
2 Cut stakes into slices (1/2-5/8 inches).
3 cut onions slices.
4 cut Mushrooms slices (side wise).
5 Heat large pot.
6 add olive oil and butter gia.
7 put the slices of steak and add pepper-garlic-cumin and salt.
8 stear and then add onion first then bell pepper and mushrooms.
9 cover it and let it cook at medium heat with stearing periodically.
10 when the juice of the ingredients start to reduce,check the meat-if you can cut with the spesiala,then it is cooked
