Sauce for tenderloin with green pepper corns
Cook bacon until half done and then add garlic and butter and cook until softened.
Stir in mushrooms until liquid evaporates add cognac and boil to nearly evaporated.
Stir in water, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and saute until sauce is thickens.
Add peppercorns and a touch of whipping cream.
Keep warm in a sauce pan until steak is finished. Pour over steak just before serving with parsley.
