Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Combine first five ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture evenly on both sides of steak. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 6 minutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
Combine 1 1/2cups tomatoe with onion,oregano, olive oil,red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve over steak.
