Line 15x10 jelly rolll pan w/foil extended over sides.
Grease foil w/pam. Melt chocolate in microwave. Pour enenly into pan and smooth w/offset spatula. Sprinkle w/1/4 c. candy. Place in refrigerator until firm.
Melt white chocolate in microwave until almost melted. Stir until completely melted. Stir in extract. Cool slightly. Pour over chocolate layer and spread quickly to cover. Sprinkle w// 1/2 c. candy.
Chill until both layers are firm. Lift foil out of pan and shake off excess candy. Peel foil from bottom of bark. Trim edges and cut into 2" squares.
NOTE:
My pans are 18x12-it makes the bark thinner, easy to break up as opposed to cutting. And I didn't trim edges-
