Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange mints on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to angle the outermost disks around the lip of the pan, or double stack the disks around the outermost ring, to create a "lip" for your peppermint tray so contents won't slide off.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Let completely cool at room temperature.
Great idea for a plate of cookies that you don't have to get back.
