Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs,milk, baking powder, pepper,and onion in a bowl.Set aside.Grese 9x13-inch baking dish,along sides and bottom. Pour egg mixture in baking dish,stir in pepperoni. Sprinkle with cheese or you can mix cheese in egg mixture.Bake for 30-40 minutes.Enjoy !
