You can bake or fry them.
To bake pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Put on lightly sprayed baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Un-roll dough and cut into 8 equal squares by cutting the dough in half, then cutting each of those pieces in half and so on until you have 8 pieces.
Cut cheese into approx 1"x1"x1" cubes
Place 2 slices of pepperoni in the center of each dough square, one cube of cheese and 2 more slices of pepperoni.
Wrap the dough around the pepperoni and cheese, creating a ball, sealing all the seams.
Place on sheet and bake.
