Combine pizza dough and roll into 12x15 rectangle. Beat eggs and cheese rogether and spread on dough to 1-1/2 inch from edges. Line pepperoni slices on beaten egg mixture closely, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pepperoni.
Starting at short end of dough, roll up dough, jellyroll fashion. Pinch ends closed. Place on baking sheet seam side down and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before slicing.
