Fry onion in olive oil for about 3 mins, until translucent. Add garlic and oregano and fry for another min. Add pepperoni for another 2 mins.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 mins. Puree to get rid of lumps.
Serve with spaghetti.
