Simple, roughly 1hour 45

Heat oven to 350
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
In a large bowl mix milk, sugar, melted butter, salt and egg.
Add 2 cups of flour and mix until smooth.
Add yeast mixture.
Mix in remaining flour until dough is easy to handle.
Knead dough on lightly floured surface for 5 to 10 minutes.
Let rise 45 minutes, or until dough has nearly doubled.
Roll out on a flat floured surface to 1/2" thickness
Cover to edges with pepperoni
Shred cheese and disperse evenly over
Roll up and slice(like with cinnamon rolls!)
Place on greased cookie sheets and let rise 5-10 more minutes
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown/cheese bubbly
Let cool 3-5 minutes, then enjoy!
