Suggest a better descriptionWash potatoes; pat dry with paper towels. Prick several times with a fork; arrange on a microwave-safe plate. Cook, uncovered, on high for 14 to 17 minutes, or until potatoes are almost tender, rearranging once during cooking. Let stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, for sauce in a 2 quart microwave-safe casserole stir together spaghetti sauce, corn and pepperoni. Cook, uncovered, on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. To serve, cut a deep slit in the top of each potato. Top with sauce and cheese. Yield: 4 main-dish servings
