Great for roast beef sandwiches.
Place roast in roasting pan that can be covered tightly. Pour cola over roast. Mix soups and garlic together. Spread evenly over roast. Cover tightly. Bake at 325?F for about 3-1/2 to 4 hours, or until tender. Turn roast over in the gravy about half way through the baking time.
