Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 425F. Add margarine, butter, or oil to individual nonstick ramekins or a larger nonstick baking dish. Heat dishes in oven about 5 minutes or until the fat is hot and sizzling. Remove dishes from oven and add the garlic and onion. Carefully break eggs into dishes and sprinkle with cheese. Return dishes to the oven, reduce heat to 350F, and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until the whites are set and yolks are still soft or about 15 minutes or until yolks are hard.
