I have tried this recipe with both long grain white and brown rice with the same great results. Just bake the brown rice a little longer.
Combine the rice and water in a 3 quart covered casserole. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
If using Brown Rice, increase the water or broth to 2 cups (1 cup long grain brown rice) and bake for 55 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
