In a dutch oven melt 2T butter, saute mushrooms, onion & garlic until soft,set aside.Melt remaining butter , add meat, sprinkle with salt & lightly brown.Remove meat from pan & add flour to the drippings,slowly blend in the boullion & sour cream,cook until thickened.Add all ingredients (except rice) & heat through.Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Combine cooked rices,Serve Stroganoff over rice.
