1. Whisk cocoa to remove lumps
2. Cream the butter and cocoa
3. Add sugar and milk gradually; 1 cup sugar & 1 tbsp milk at a time. After each addition, mix on high 1 minute.
4. Add vanilla and espresso
5. If it's too dry, add more milk 1 Tbsp at a time. If too wet, add confectioners sugar 1 Tbsp at a time.
